At Hotel Certaldo children can spend time outdoors, enjoy our swimming pool and run freely in the large private garden of our Hotel, a park of 5000 square meters bordered by water and sprinkled with flowers, plants, wild trees and fauna: in the morning you will be able to see roe deers, squirrels, herons, kingfishers and mallards!
Furthermore, only a few minutes away from Hotel Certaldo you will find the lovely Canonica Hill Park: a large and tended green area, ideal for long walks in the Tuscan countryside, a lovely and natural fitness track, outdoor barbecue area and vast spaces to play with your children!

You can reach it on foot in a few minutes, or with the local funicular which goes from Piazza Boccaccio, the main square, to the medieval town. Taxis are also available and will take you in the heart of the hamlet, or you can reach Certaldo Alto by car, with the chance to leave it in the parking lot behind the city walls. You can celebrate your union in the small and lovely church of Saint Jacob and Philip, or with a civil ceremony in Palazzo Pretorio, the imposing building which will be a unique setting only for you.
If you are a history-loving couple, there is also the chance, though the Elitropia Association in Certaldo, to rent beautiful medieval costumes for magnificent and most surely original historical weddings!

The Meeting Room has direct access to the large private garden, where you will be able to relax during a coffee break or a light lunch soaked in the sunlight! Hotel Certaldo is easily reachable by train from the main Tuscan cities and the railway station is only a few minutes walking distance from us, for an extremely easy transfer organization.
